The variety is great. Customer service is outstanding.

I'm incredibly unhappy with my experience with GMR Gold. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I have called several times during operating hours, left voicemails with all required information to be able to get ahold of me as well as with a reason and received no return call. I even had a detailed chat with them over Instagram with problems with my account and not being able to reset my password and they showed no interest. I was then asked to give them my number and they would call me, received no such phone call. I will be disputing all charges from GMR.

I met Charlie a few years back & at that point I knew absolutely nothing about silver & gold. In short he was allowing me to understand the benefits of diversifying my portfolio through investing in both silver & gold. Silver & gold is a non stop learning process. Charlie & his team make the time to school & educate all of their friends/clients. They treat you like family! Not only are GMR’s prices better than all these other companies. It’s the products & the customer service that GMR offers that keeps me purchasing gold & silver every month. Sometimes 2 to 3 times a month lol. They offer a Bullion box subscription as low at $25 & up to $500. I have yet to subscribe. I’m sure I will someday very soon. With the bullion box you get farrrrrr more than what you pay for! It’s literally treasure in a box that comes every month. I can go on & on. Long story short. If you’re someone who’s never purchase gold & silver for investment purposes. So I originally had a small issue trying to get a hold of someone in the office and Charlie went ABOVE and BEYOND to make up for it. They FAR exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using them in the future for my gold and silver purchases. What an awesome company! Wish I lived in TX so I could call this my LCS!
