I am a novice when it comes to coin collecting and precious metals. I placed my first order from GMRgold after catching a few clips from @themanspot on Instagram. Ordering was simple and I was able to complete the process with relative ease. I noticed I did not receive a shipping confirmation after some time so I called their customer service number. I had the pleasure of speaking with the Owner of the company as opposed to someone in a call center. To say the least I was impressed. He resent my shipping confirmation and I had my order in hand within a few days. I will be ordering again.
