Na een probleem met de bestelling heeft het bedrijf ons gecontacteerd om zo snel mogelijk naar een oplossing te zoeken. Hoewel de fout bij ons zelf lag door het foutief selecteren van een remote heeft het bedrijf deze kosteloos vervangen en verzonden. Dat is 5 sterren service!!

Garanzia al 100%, trasparenza dall'ordine al pagamento fino al monitoraggio della spedizione. Ottimo servizio post-vendita, tempi di risposta ad email non proprio immediati ma sempre arrivati al fine di risolvere il problema che si era verificato con il malfunzionamento del telecomando ricevuto.
