Let me tell you an amazing story: not only the 3 orders I made to this company were perfect ( communication, price , delivery , quality) but in one of orders I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT ! 100% my fault and they still helped me to reprogram it so it matches the equipment I have. First of all, products are great, they just work out of the box. I ordered replacements for NAD SR8 to controll C326BEE and NAD CD6 for C525BEE and they both work as described and expected. Then I had an issue which was with my amplifier and Adam from support guided me through promptly and to the point.
