I purchased a replacement remote for the Logitech PTZ Pro (version 1 not 2).. because I could not find a replacement ANYWHERE for this model and didn't feel like forking out $35.00 for one from Logitech + delivery from the U.S. Initially I was a bit skeptical about purchasing from the site, as the remote is just a generic random remote. However, the mapped buttons work perfectly and the device is now usable again. All functions are operating properly and I'm very happy.

Die Firma hat schnell gesendet (Produkt soll unterwegs sein), aber nicht, wie von ihr angegeben, eine Bestätigungsmail gesendet (auch der SpamOrdner ist leer). Die Firma hat auch nicht auf eine Mailfrage von mir geantwortet. Dies sind Merkmale von FakeShops, wie ich schon mehrmals erlebte. Da ist eine entstehende Ungeduld wohl nachvollziehbar.

De remote control is prima, had deze gekocht voor een Ziggo media box voor iemand met dementie. Met een mesje makkelijk open te maken, plakband geplakt over de knopjes zie ze niet hoeft te gebruiken en weer dicht gemaakt. Alleen de twee aan/uit knoppen, volume up/down en channel up/down werken. Andere knoppen niet. (eerst pairen met de mediabox!!!). Enig puntje is dat de envelope erg groot was en uit de brievenbus stak. Zonder openen kon ik die er uit halen. Dat is voor conto van de bezorger!
