I attended the Level 1 SMS user training with Demetris, the training was practical and engaging and helped me to feel more confidant in what was required, expected. The user guide received is very easy to navigate. There was also opportunity to ask questions which was really helpful. It would be goof to spend more time on different scenarios of how to manage different sponsorships Defined and undefined, less time on the setting up of licence and business changes, as generally the licence will be set up if your a SMS user.
