I would not recommend this company even though the outcome was positive for an ILR spouse visa, many mistakes where made during the process these being as follows. 1) issuing a Partially Complete application form despite raising this with them and sending them a response from Sopria Steria. This was only corrected the afternoon before the appointment at 08:30 the next day when they finally sent the completed form and check list. They kept insisting the partially complete form was correct,it was not. 2) The cover letter they issued had part way through got a different applicants name on. 3) The letter said the application was for naturalisation which its not its settlement. 4) The application was for a spouse ILR visa and the 180 days per year does not apply it applies to PBS only. They did not know this. 5) They sent an email instructing us to send all the documents to them so they could send them on to the Home Office. As the system is now online this option does not exist they should have known this. The above significant issues can only lead to the conclusion they had never used the new online system before.
