Sayed was absolutely amazing, so lovely, professional and well informative. I didnt hear the door straightaway and he waited a while explaining that he waits a while in case there are disabled or elderly folks that he has come to visit. Sayed explained how the water butt works, what it was there for and that the grass & flowers would grow wonderfully if we used the rain water. My mum wasn’t in, so Sayed explained all to me perfectly so I can relay the incormatio to her. is an asset to your company, and really hope he is well looked after

I knew nothing about the installation of water butts. If I had, I would have realized that for one to collect water effectively, a drainpipe has to drain directly into the top of it. Instead, the bloke who fitted the butt cut a chunk out of my nice, sound drainpipe and inserted a fitting that had a thin, flexible pipe coming out of it horizontally, which was then fed into the top of the butt. This fitting, of course, is completely useless. It catches and diverts absolutely no water. The water just rushes past it and on down the drainpipe. Of course, after two or more months of rainy weather, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in my water butt: it's just an ugly, useless, large piece of plastic that is littering my garden. And my drainpipe was, of course, damaged to accommodate the useless fitting. This scheme is a waste of Thames Water customers' money because the installation is completely useless. MARK AND AVOID.

Sayed visited on Friday to fit our water butt. He was friendly and it was a quick process. He explained how it worked, but it would have been good to have instructions in writing (or a link to them online) as it does rely on memory something you'll only need to do a couple of times a year.
