A gentleman came to assess if he could fit a water butt in my garden .He was very professional, arriving at the specified time,sadly it was not possible to fit the water butt.

Followed up with a phone call when I said I needed time to check if we wanted a water butt fitted. Booked in easily and on a convenient day and turned up between the hours I said I could do. Showed operative where we wanted the water butt and he did the job quickly and efficiently in the area I showed him.

The gentleman who came today to my mother's flat fo bad bugs treatment was AMAZING HUMAN BEING AND EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL. On time, explained the procedure, attentive, friendly, I can go on and on and on...
