Made my first ever order and still hasn’t arrived I even paid for next day delivery emailed them still not heard back as well

Paid extra for express delivery. This failed. Then mailed customer service. No response at all. Still awaiting delivery. Can understand slight delay but no response is not acceptable from customer service.
