I place an order #173033 on May 5 and I received only 20% from it on May 30 and all other 80% items of my order missed not received they make me very Angry as After long waiting I only receive 20% of my order After I send Email to them and contact they tell me that my shipment was sent as 2 shipment and other box already in Kuwait and I go to post office and take it today I find it and all items now is complete it is in good packing and thanks for make my vape support but they must tell the customer full shipping details and provide all track no not just one track

I ordered on a Tuesday, I paid for an obs cube x £39.99 which was taken instantly but then was told I needed to verify my I.D before they could dispatch it. So I did within about half an hour and was told it would arrive within the next few days. The following Monday I rang up to see what was going on to be told that they only had 1 left in stock and it was faulty which is why they hadn’t sent it, but I wasn’t contacted at all to be told this. I was offered a ‘better vape worth £60’ and wouldn’t have to pay extra, just that it needed 2 batteries instead of 1. So I go to the site but notice the vape they are sending is £41-£42..? Just not very professional lying to try and trick customers into thinking they’re getting a better deal. Not even that the item they’re sending is even cheaper on other sites. Between £30-£35
