Good service all ways on time

My order (to Spain) was seized by the customs in Madrid. MMV were informed (three times before they responded) and have only said Brexit, Covid blah blah are responsible. My reply to their response has, as yet, been ignored. It´s not as though Brexit and/or Covid was sprung upon us and, as a company who were exporting they should have been more prepared. IMHO If you live in Spain - beware!
