Excellent service, excellent products, great team

Jennifer at Bathrooms by Unique helped us choose and source our new bathroom. She offered advice and options, helped us select products to meet our needs, compared prices and kept us updated by telephone and email. This was made more difficult by Covid restrictions but nothing was too much trouble. And when she was unavailable, Rob was able to answer our questions. The deliveries were on time and were very customer focussed. Very good communication. Very good all round service. Would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service from knowledgeable, friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you have what you want. From walking into the showroom, through design and delivery nothing is too much trouble. We went window shopping as we don't live in the area but price, service and their willingness to deliver to us has had us order 2 bathrooms so far, another is in the pipeline. Every member of staff we have been in contact with has been a pleasure to do business with.

All products arrived on the date anticipated and we are very pleased with the products and the price. The showroom is very well laid out with lots to see and very covid safe.
