Displayed and let me order out of stock items but had the courtesy to call me and process an immediate full refund.

Easy shop, quick delivery

I needed a charger and found what I thought was a suitable item. They contacted me apologising the charger I ordered was out of stock. On the off chance, I asked if the one I’d ordered was right for my battery and they advised it wasn’t and suggested the correct one. Slightly more expensive but at least it’s the right one! Great customer service and knowledge.

I have pay next day delivery which was more expensive then the battery and is pas an week and the delivery didn’t come yet,no tracking number for delivery provided,they contacted me telling ,my package is going to be delayed with 24 hours

The house I had recently bought was surrounded by tall, out-of control hedges, and my hedgecutter wouldn't perform because its battery was defunct. I ordered new batteries from the Battery Company. They arrived rapidly, well-protected and wrapped, and fully charged. I was able to carry out the work immediately.
