Grande equipe da estemoon clinica a Tirana e andata aldilà delle aspettative tutto coordinato da Xhovana che dalla Turchia organizza tutto alla grande come se fosse lì presente e poi dottori e infermieri straordinari un grande complimento lo dedico in particolare ad Arsida che con me è stata bravissima chiedendomi tante volte se stavo sentendo dolore e come stavo, mi ha misurato la pressione e pure il saturimetro mi ha messo senza che io chiedessi, chi vuole fare il trapianto consiglio di andare da estemoon clinica o istambul o tirana sono sempre lo stesso equipe

Per capelli vediamo fra 6 mesi,mi hanno fatto 6200 bulbe cosi scritto in certificato. Per cibo(mangiare) dovete rangiare voi. Se dovete venire fare capelli meglio essere accompagniato! Perche con la testa pieno di sangue non poi uschire dal albergo.. Per pagamento ci sono aggiuntive tipo(prodotti per capelli + di piu bulbe) quelli 1300 euro non sono cifra difinitiva.. Intervento DURA MINIMMO 6 ORE!

Very good experience with this company. Staff are all very friendly. The only one negative feedback I could give is that very limited staff speaks English. Otherwise.. I still give 5 stars overall experience.

I strongly advise you to stay away from this clinic. The following is based on my experience: 1. They agree with you in advance on price and condition but once you are there they make up extra charges which was never mentioned before. Even they charge 100 euro for a few drops of cerium. 2. The clinic has no name. They have rented a few room in a floor in a hospital even in that floor you dont see a bord or name Estemoon. 3. Doctor including nurse's no body know a word of english. So during the transplant if you see something is not ok and you tell them they say just yes yes. 4. You explain to them in advance how you want the transplant which area is important but they do the oposit. Nurses are young school girls and boys who hardly know how to use injection. 5. Once they are done and took your money, you dont exist anymore to them. 6. The rooms and tools for operation are very dirty so high risk of infection. Nurses using their phones during operation. The day after the transplant I saw other patients who were there for the control, none of them were satisfied. For me it was the worst decesion in my life to choose for scammers for my hairtransplant. So be careful and stay away from them.

Devo dire che in clinica sono stati tutti molto gentili e professionali dall’ inizio alla fine senza escludere la consulente che mi ha seguito passo dopo passo ( Xhovana ) Grazie a tutti e un esperienza che consiglierò sicuramente.

Hey! I’ve arrived yesterday to Istanbul for a DHI surgery. The transfers between the airport - hotel - clinic were taken care of by Estemoon as it was included in the price and also the staff here were friendly and compassionate. From the beginning, the promoter provided excellent service with all clear and precise information, also respecting the price and promotion. At the time of my arrival the driver took me to the hotel and the next day to the hospital. There is no time to have breakfast at the hotel, but they give you a snack so you can have breakfast. The service at the hotel was excellent, from the beginning with the translator who informed me of the entire procedure to the end with the products and care. During the operation everything was excellent thanks to the local anesthesia, the operation was not felt at all. The next day for the first wash everything is fine, they give you the products and everything, and with an extra cost they give you other recommended products but it is not mandatory, but I decided to take them to improve the operation over time and the care of my transplant. The truth is, excellent service in everything, 100% recommended.
