From the start to finish, the coordination of the travel, transplant and treatment has been A+. I would definitely recommend ESTEMOON. The reason I can’t provide 5 stars is because upon arrival in Istanbul, I was completely lost, came to the agreed upon location and waited for a driver to pick me up as discussed. However, there was no one waiting with a sign of my name or anything for me to identify. I stood there for a while and until a I was able to reach a friend of mine who picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was in a strange industrial location and the staff could not speak English (my friend had to translate everything). These are the only reasons why this is not a 5/5 experience, however, the clinic staff and the hair transplant from what I can see a few days later, is absolutely awesome!! 👏🏼

Hi it’s Aleem I would firstly like to thank XHOVANA from ESTEMOON she supported me through out my hair transplant journey when I was in the uk 🇬🇧 she gave me all the information I needed and was very quick in responding back to my messages 😁 I would say she is a credit to the team and she should be awarded for her great work 👏 When I left from uk 🇬🇧 xhovana messaged me to have a safe flight and advised me where I would be picked up from which made my journey easy when arriving to Istanbul I received a message from xhovana to find out if I have arrived and been picked up this experience was great 😊 good work from her while staying in Turkey the team was really helpful and took great care of me and at the same time xhovana made sure I was being looked after well so thank you to xhovana once again I will definitely say that xhovana is a credit to your team and she deserve to be promoted 😁 the rest of the team was helpfull throughout my surgery for my hair transplant and made sure I was taken care of in the best way I cannot complain as my experience with ESTEMOON was really great 😊 I would highly recommend them to anyone THANK YOU ESTEMOON

Zrobiłem przeszczep włosów w maju. Bardzo dobra obsługa. Odpowiadają na każde pytania, hotel bardzo czysty, transfer samochodami VIP. Wcześniej dostaje się informacje o której jest zabieg. Recepcjonista dzwoni gdy kierowca przyjechał. Zabieg w ogóle nie nie bolesny. Co godzina przychodzi konsultant I pyta się czy coś potrzeba, jak się czujemy. Bardzo pomocna opieka medyczna. Polecam wszystkim 💪🏻😈👊🏻
