I was looking for a present for a friend’s retirement. Came across the idea of a picnic rucksack. The research started, and I came across the Greenfield Collection which I was very impressed with. I chose the Super Deluxe for two people, as I wanted it to be special. The reviews were good, and I bought direct from the company as they were cheaper than Amazon! The delivery came within a few days of ordering. It was a wonderful surprise for my friend, she absolutely loved it, saying it was perfect. I was so impressed with the quality and the fact that it included everything you could want for a picnic, that I decided to have one for my birthday! I chose the pack for four people so that we could use it with friends and family. A very happy customer.

I ordered the deluxe picnic backpack for two which is amazing! However the front pocket did not seem to have been sewed in straight to me. I rang Greenfield and said that I couldn’t get it out of my head that it wasn’t straight and they could not have been nicer or more helpful! They issued a returns label for me to post the backpack back at their expense and posted a replacement immediately after receiving mine! It arrived two days later and is perfect! I am so impressed with this company and their products and will definitely purchase more goods from them.

We were very pleased with the service and we love the product. It was exactly like the picture we ordered it from.

Everything looks good. The wine glasses could have been a little sturdier in quality but overall everything looks great. When item arrived from delivery one of the spoons was floating around hitting other items in knapsack, no damage was done, but could have been an issue. Looking forward to Spring to start using the product, at that time i will know if there are any defects with merchandise. But overall I am happy with the Picnic Knapsack
