I had Tony come out to measure for some blind screens as I'd seen an advert for complete blackout blinds. I was extremely sceptical, thinking "no way blinds can completely block out light". So Tony came out and measured, showed me all the different colours and variations of the blinds and offered a quote which I accepted. We then had to have a remeasure due to house renovations so adjustments were made. The lead time was shorter than initially expected as we were told mid October for dispatch but then Jayde called on 26th September to say the blinds had arrived and booked in a fitting date of 2nd October which was a pleasant surprise. So Tony came and fitted all of the blinds in one day with fly screens built in too and would you believe they actually do completely block out daylight! Not a single speck of light shows through when they're closed! I'm so impressed! Both Tony and Jayde were absolutely amazing, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and Tony kept my partner updated throughout the fitting process and made sure everything was as we wanted it. I would 100% recommend this wonderful company and will likely use them again myself in the future if needed. Thank you, Jayde and Tony for helping make our house a home again!

Great experience from start to finish . Tony was very helpful, friendly yet professional. His quote was very reasonable and the products supplied , shutters and roller blinds are of excellent quality. Jayde kept us up to date with what was happening with our order from actually placing the order to tracking the production and delivery . I knew we had made the right decision from the first time I spoke to Jayde and met Tony. Our home was like a building site and he still offered to put overshoes on. Eye to detail was brilliant and being updated throughout was spot on. Installation was quick and easy. Tony took care of our home during installation. Communication excellent from the first contact. Polite & friendly. Product information knowledge very helpful. Arrived on time. Delivery and fitting brilliant. Quality of blind is very good. When fitting blind well organised and hoovered and tidied up after. They check blinds are working and no damage to any part of the product before they leave. Would definitely use and recommend again.
