Trouble free purchase and quick delivery. Only point of concern was the delivery company didn't hang around to hand the package to me directly and left them in the open garage even though i was at home.

I purchased a kitchen knife a couple of weeks ago. The parcel has, apparently, been lost by the utterly useless DPD. I have emailed KitchenKnives.co.uk multiple times to request a status update, refund etc. After more than a week, I have still to receive a reply. Poor service.
