Excellent product, at a very good price. This is the second set of global knives I have purchased from here, and I will return for future purchases.

I ordered 3 knives by mistake instead of one, I wanted to fix my mistake as soon as possible and get a refund for the remaining two. After contacting the Kitchenknives team I was informed that the matter would be resolved quickly. Three days later I received one knife and a refund for the remaining two. Friendly and fast service.
