April 11 I called, got an appointment with a Dr. Went trough everything, no problem, they sent a link to connect you to the State of Ohio to get your card. Got this done in a few days. My son had an appointment on April 11 had the appointment with the Dr. ,was approved but still today May 11 he has not received the link to the State to finish up. Unfortunately he has called and not getting results. Not even returning his text. Just want it finished up. My experience was good, so far my son's is not
