Thought this was suppose to be an easy process. At first I had a great experience I had my appointment the dr was nice and polite. I got approved, was directed on what I needed to do next. I did it. That was over a week ago and she still has not sent my approval to the DOH so I can pay my state fee and get my card. I’ve spoken with customer service multiple times and I keep getting the same response “we’ll follow up with the dr. And get back to you” but no one ever gets back to me. Very frustrating.
