My experience was excellent until I have to make a payment. I would have given them 5 but there was an issue and can’t get anyone to help me when I call the 800 number until days later.

My physician was on time, pleasant and clearly understood my medical condition and the appropriate use of medical marijuana. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Veriheal to any patient.

I seriously thought this would be a long drawn out process, especially considering it's for something in PA. But it was super easy and surprisingly quick. Worked on getting this done for a month but you are on THEIR schedule not yours. Was given a Saturday appointment time and Dr. called on Friday. Couldn't find a convenient time so asked for a refund and was told there was a $39 booking fee even though they state they will refund if you do not get the card. I would NOT recommend this. There are other better options.

I paid 200 and was told I would get my paperwork in three days, which I did. However, the number does not work and no one responds back now for three days. What happened to "we are here 24/7?" Thanks for trying. They resent the same paperwork with the same nonworking number. This is what you (Veriheal) sent to me . . . whether or not it is state generated means nothing if it copied incorrectly. Ya know? So, upon awaiting for numerous people to call, someone resent the same document that apparently had two different numbers on it. No one caught that. I found it myself. The only response I got was after I wrote this so I am now more satisfied but I can only go three stars. A little QA goes on a long way folks. A little communication is good, too. Your "managers" never bothered to contact me. In fact, I was never even sent the new corrected form.

The team is informative, courteous and gay. This has been my second experience at the facility. Overall it’s very secure. I’ll continue going to this location.
