Have had to make multiple calls to the company to have them correct the doctor's information they've given me. 2 times for the same document it was wrong! Now waiting another 5 weeks from the state to Maybe accept this p*ss company's paperwork they keep giving me.

Seemed too easy. I really was expecting it not to work, but it did. I am very happy with the service that I got.
