This wig was amazing literally came as pictured it was so full and everything . Company shipped extremely fast . My wig was so curly I loved everything about it

I am happy to report this is a real company with affordable good hair and lace. If I were to base it on the hair alone (true to length, thick, soft, lace CLEAR) then it's 5+ stars across the board. My only hesitancy ordering again is the delivery delays; I may have just got a unit that was super popular, kinky straight but it took sooo much longer than expected. It had me wondering if I had been scammed until I finally heard back and was able to get email updates explaining the unit I picked was out of stock. So if anything I would advise check with customer service prior to placing an order in case you need the unit asap! Otherwise again HAIR AND LACE BOMB ❗️❗️&& pricing is affordable

Didn’t receive the hair, they said it’ll be here in 3-5 days, when I messaged them, they kept saying they need to produce the hair and make it good quality for me. I never even got a shipping message. I needed it for an event, 2 weeks later I’m still asking them so I told them to refund me, they said it’ll be here in 1-3 working days and they’ll cancel the order. I know it’s never usually 1-3 days but I waited to see what will happen. Now, they have gotten back to me and told me there was as a problem with their refund system, they’re doing it now. I am still waiting because that’s happened today but ignore the hassle and don’t order with them. If I paid that £15 more I would’ve had it in 3 days in time for my event with Unice hair, I also unsubscribed from email promotions and they’re still sending even though I have unsubscribed. It’s a scam.

I am giving it a 3 for the simple fact that I did hear from customer service and a email letting me know about the shipping delay. They are offering sales on their units but don’t have the supply to cover the high demand of orders. They claim 3-7 day shipping. I have been waiting soon to be week 3. I could have just ordered from Aliexpress if I knew I would be waiting this long. They don’t have to worry I will not be ordering from them again.

As a first time buyer Im excited and very satisfied. My wig is soft, nicely crafted and arrived with nice packaging and extras goodies. Response was timely with tracking number. Wigfever is a definite winner!

Saw it on Instagram. I was very weary but tried it anyway and did it through PP and glad I did because when they came with the runaround on why I didn’t receive it and couldn’t give me a time frame on when I would receive the hair, I just filed a dispute. They kept trying to offer me discounts on future orders and they couldn’t even deliver on the first one. I think at one point, they had things together truly but I don’t think they have the inventory in stock for what they’re advertising and they know they can’t ship in 3-5 days because they don’t have anything on hand. I didn’t have time to wait for them to finally send the hair so, I just cancelled through PP got my money back in about 3 days and ordered one off of Amazon. Hope this helps someone.
