This was my miracle wig .. for my birthday weekend.. I worked a lot and don’t get time to get my hair done. My husband had dinner plans and didn’t had much options for my hair. Saw the ad and I ordered the wig.. ins was super impressive that I didn’t have much to do with the wig .. love the lace it blended with the sticking cap and fall very smoothe .. I had to touch out the ends with my flat iron but that’s about it .. I would recommend

I ordered a silky straight glueless 16 inch on Dec 4th… I am still waiting Dec 13th. On their website it shows I have no orders at all. The company sent me a email saying they have my order, after I had to email them. When I signed into my account with them..still shows no order.. no processing.. no delivery. I have not gotten any assurances and/or response to me wanting to CANCEL my $125 order. I don’t know if it’s because the company is in China or what. Which brings me to another point. I thought the company was Black owned…since the all the people…“Influencers” are Black. Very Bad customer service…VERY! Don’t believe the hype by the “Influencers” the company uses. The wigs/units they advertise…I’m still waiting to see if it’s REAL.. the same wigs/units. My other suspicion..normal people call the WIGS…not UNITS. I’m very disappointed and want my $125 back!
