Let me tell you! The best customer service I’ve experience from a wig store! This was my first time purchasing wigs directly from the wig store and I was a little adamant but I reached out via email and I got a reply in a few hours because of the time difference. I was reassured that I would get more updates as soon as my order was shipped and I did get those updates the second my order was shipped. Now let me tell y’all about the hair! I ordered the 12 inch glueless bob 180% density and I am in love!! The hair was soft and full and there was absolutely no shedding!! I didn’t have to do much to the hair than just add makeup and that was it. No straightening was necessary. I am already recommending wig fever to my friends and I will definitely make another purchase!

Absolutely disappointed. Ordered on the 2nd and delivery due in 3-5 days. Nothing arrived and no communication. Emailed them querying my order, nothing back. Read reviews that were mixed, some had said they didn’t receive their hair and some were not so good on the hair quality but I chose to ignore them. I should have followed those reviews.

I honestly love their wigs. All I have to do is add my color foundation and put the wig on. Shipping is VERY FAST 4-5 days! Customer service is a 10 I have 3 wigs from them so far!
