very poor communication... no phone answering....tried on multiple occasions......no email response till very very very late after order and never did answer simple questions asked.....they have not even responded to PayPal when I complained to them......

Disappointing. Your web site doesn't provide sufficient tools to choose the correct items. The products came without instructions. Both were purchased at the same time, yet I am now advised, by Bill, that they aren't compatible and I have to purchase a 25ft flagpole which you don't carry.
