I have asked several times about what peramiters the bot uses to take a trade and I have yet to find out answer..I have read reviews and found a few that match my thoughts about bogegroup and bogebot..one hand feeds that other on that deal but the verbage that the customer gets is a runaround until you can get a contact at bogebot but there is where the problem is..until bogebot figures some things out it should not continue to be an option for new clients! When there is a whole bunch of clients expressing the same thing of, 'complete failure' in that bogebot shouldn't even be a viable choice then that sounds like nothing but trouble..I wished I would have never went down this trail because there is financial ruin coming for so many of your clients I don't see how you will be able to stay in business..in fact if there are really as many failing accounts as I suspect I don't see any reason why refunds aren't in order here?

I was unable to have a qualifying credit score and have been requesting a refund for months if not a year at this point and they refuse to communicate with me now. When I was attempting to see if I could qualify, I heard from them every day, but the second I didn't qualify, they began to ignore me. It has been months and I have emailed them, used their app Voxer, and tried to respond to their auto-texts and I still have not had any attempt at help. They responded on TrustPilot to appear to care, but they still will not actually help.
