Ordered a ring and a bit too small, emailed Diamonfire asking for exchange, replied same day with returns label and recieved exchange in couple of days. Fast delivery and ring looks lovely.

I Contacted Customer services due to an earring emergency, we had bought them on several websites and they were actually out of stock or damaged, we didn’t think we were going to get them. We had been let down by 4/5 suppliers. I was assisted by Yasmin who managed to find one last set of the earrings that my partner had her heart set on for our wedding day. I was sent a link to the set and the price had been discounted slightly which was massively appreciated by both of us. Item arrived within a few days and is exactly what my partner wanted.
