Danielle Woods was so rude throughout…

Danielle Woods was so rude throughout the transaction. No salutation or even addressing me by name just one line sentences making demands and generally really poor communication. When finally made phone contact she was rude abrupt and when I confronted her she said " Would you look at ya self " and slammed down the phone. Strange to have someone like this handling clients. Not sure if she is simply overworked or just has a horrible attitude. Took my business elsewhere of course.

Excesive delays and no communication

It took way longer than it needed to (6 months). Improper communication. Emails not answered or when answered, the question was not understood. Initial completion scheduled for 18th of December, but the conveyancer didn't pickup the phone on the 17th or 18th. Completion actually happened on 26th of January with no reason provided for the delay. It took too long to make them understand how a LISA withdrawal works. 4 emails and multiple telephone discussions. The day before completion I was asked for proof of funds for a transaction that happened 5 months prior. The conveyancer knew about the transaction for months, but left it to the absolute last moment to ask for proof. Luckily my broker could generate transaction history in half an hour so I was able to provide proof of funds and completion happened on time, but there was no reason to leave this query so late.
