They only give you a good quality logo if you spend $$$$ but in their package comparisons it says nothing about only getting a good quality logo if you spend more.

Robert has been amazing from start to finish! He takes his time to make sure all my needs are met efficiently. Initially, we started this project in May of 2021 however Robert and his team were still able to assist me as of yesterday. My experience started with a quick chat with a rep late in the evening. We talked about everything I needed and wanted, and was in touch with a web designer the next day. I used Logura for my logo design, website, and SEM campaign, although that hasnt started quite yet. Working with Harry was an amazing experience. Professional, attentive, and helped me through the whole process. Also worked with SAm to help create my social media, and marketing campaign. I have nothing but respect for the team. Would recommend 💯.

Someone who worked on my project to some degree emailed me directly looking for work. I sent this to Logura as this usually goes against contracts and also was against my permission. This was completely ignored by the person who was the intermediary for my project and again by CS when I used the chat on their site. CS abandoned my chat and never responded to what they are going to do and who I can expect to hear from. They were flexible with requests and multiple revisions. Sometimes I did not receive what I asked for though. It could take 1-7 days to hear back.

Josh and his team were exceptional all the way through. We collaborated on design elements but they lead the creative. They were rather quick getting it all put together and were responsive to my requests. I even came back to them a couple weeks later to ask for a couple Font edits which they kindly did. I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat. The final product is outstanding and really makes our brand pop!

Working with Robert and Mark was a great experience. they are very responsive and engaging. The logo is better than I could have imaged. The website is vibrant and informative. My project "Marie Wall" was a small project and I felt just as important as if I was their biggest client. I highly recommend!
