I’m most thrilled to share my experience working with Logura and most notably, Robert Jones. I hired this company to create a website for my new business. I’m not a tech person and I did not know what to ask for or what the services needed should cost. Robert was assigned to manage my project. From the start he was professional, highly knowledgeable and he took time to ensure he understood my needs. He sold me everything I needed and nothing more! This was a relief, because too often people and companies take advantage of novice… not the case with Logura! I really got what I paid for and exceptional customer service. Throughout the entire process, Robert kept me updated and followed through timely with all his commitments. My website is fully functional and was completed exactly how I asked. Words cannot express my gratitude and satisfaction with my website. Thank you Robert for being the absolute BEST!

Good service easy to work with

When the business owner asked me to interface with the "web geeks" to see what we needed to get a website up and running, I had no idea where to start or what would be asked of me. Peter and Robert guided me all along the way, kept me informed and reminded me when I needed to do something (like upload pictures). The whole experience ended up being a lot easier than I expected, thanks to them. Liberty Lumberjack LLC now has a fully functional website! Thank you Peter and Robert!

This company sent me logos TWICE that were of the wrong animal I requested. Even after a call with them, and sending them 5 pictures of what I wanted they sent back 3 logos that were still incorrect and the last two were the exact same logos they had sent the first time. I do not believe that are based in the US even though they will tell you they are. So glad I bought the cheapest package. If I do not receive a refund I will issue a chargeback with my bank. Do NOT try to have a logo/branding designed on the cheap by this company. Just pay the extra money and go to a real graphic designer. Really could not believe how 'way off' they were with the logo's after taking the survey, chatting and a follow up call. DO NOT USE LOGURA.

I found Logura honestly by the grace of God. I typed in the search bar Logo designers, and saw Logura. I just wanted to them to create a Logo in which they did an amazing job. From creating just a logo for my Kingdom Influence Business to now they have created a whole website with other perks added. They both have been the most diligent, patient, and gracious with me through this whole journey. Robert and Peter are very intentional about making sure my experience was not stressful being that this was my first business I started from scratch. The whole development team is creative visionaries about the work they do!! As I begin other business endeavors, I will definitely be using Logura again for my business needs.

Robert and his team helped me get my site up and running from start to finish. They created a beautiful page to start with. They were patient while I slowly crafted my content. And they fixed all the bugs when it went live. Well worth the time and money. I recommend to anyone who wants a website, but doesn't want to build it themselves from scratch.
