I had a really great experience with Harry and his team. I was able to tell them what I wanted, but the truth was, I had no idea what I wanted, lol. I knew I needed something, it was out of my ability to describe. They were able to take my ramblings and put them together into a cohesive logo that is smart, and takes care of my every need. It might have taken a little longer than they normally do, and the end design is basically unchanged much from the initial design, that's how close they got on the first shot. They made changes without issue, I went with a different font and some resizing, and it was done perfectly.
