Harry did a great job. He efficiently created a great logo for me and communicated well along the entire process.

First off, I am very happy I chose Logura. They do superior work and Sergio is a great representative. He asked all the right questions to find out what I wanted in a logo. I was very excited when I got my email to check out the logo concepts. Sergio and his team really nailed it for me. I just can’t say enough about Logura. Thank you!

Robert Jones and Harry Mcalister were amazing to work with! They were able to help create a website that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. The customer service/sales person told me that they could get me into the initial draft she'll draft in 24 hours. The final product would be within 24 hours after that. This was noon on Tuesday the final draft came in after 6 on Wednesday. I left a very detailed description of what I needed and wanted and was given a it's given a logo that was not of the object that I requested. I replied within 30 minutes with a picture is a picture of what I wanted that needed to be reversed and went by step-by-step of everything that I needed. I never received a reply from the graphic artist a full day after the deadline passeblind past I called the company the company and was told that they would have a rough draft for me in several hours. When I worried about the specifics that I had sent in and again asked why would it take so long had he not been working on it because we were way past the deadline they hung up on me and blocked my phone number. They did issue a refund but in the business environment refunds are not as important as delivering as promised. Is there an action and ghosting me cost me 4 to 6 weeks of time on my end that I will never make back because I have now missed my deadline. I was told to use 99 Designs and extremely regret not following this advice.

Robert Jones & his team did an excellent job for my website even though I didn't have everything to provide to him as this is a new business & will add things to my site as I go forward, the team work with my current busy schedule and completed in a timely manner.

Dealing with Logura was a very frustrating situation. If you are looking for a logo design hire a business in your area. Do not ever hire an online company with a fancy website like Logura's. My 16 yeard old niece could have design way better-looking logos than the ones that Logura send to us. We felt insulted. Paid $398 for their infantile designs. To make things short, we never got our money back. Even though they said they will reimburse it, we noticed they never did. Called them back again and I was told by a member of their staff......"dude you can complain to whomever you want"........

Excellent and very creative design. I gave a logo pieced together from images on the internet. And they gave me a very creative interpretation of it.
