Amazing care and support. Highly recommend

My experience from consultation to procedure was great, I originally booked at the beginning of the year but due to Covid the trip had to be rescheduled every time. Each time my new itinerary was prepped and sent to me and the planners kept me up to date with changing legislation to the red list and advised me on correct testing procedures. When it was time to come all my transport was efficient and on time (total of 10 inter-city transfers to appointments, procedure and check ups!) and the hotel was lovely (breakfast included) My patient coordinator (Batu) was so friendly, helpful and really made the whole process so easy for me keeping me updated and looked after throughout. My procedure changed from a BA plus lift to a lift with liposuction, something I was very impressed one surgeon could carry out at the drop of a hat and something not often offered in the UK. The surgeon and all the staff are very knowledgable and you feel really cared for during your stay. Recovery was well managed with pain relief and good follow up checks to ensure everything was healing well. I love my results and felt really comfortable and in safe hands throughout. The hospital staff are lovely and make you feel very at ease, plus they made sure my partner was comfortable waiting for me. Compared to the UK price-wise it cannot be beat and I can see why Turkey is known for its fantastic surgical results. I would 100% recommend to a friend and will be coming back :)

From my initial enquiry through to being dropped off at the airport after my treatment, the Longevita experience has been professional, efficient and very simple to understand. Deniz was my personal contact and entire process was explained in a manner that was easy to understand and follow. Very early stages as I have just arrived home in Scotland but would highly recommend Deniz and the entire Longevita team if you are considering hair or beard treatments.

Excellent service and process from this company from start to end. I was personally guided by Deniz, who was available on WhatsApp for any questions and to message me times of pickups and appointments. This was a great help and reassurance. Highly recommend.

Surgeon, company, longevita representative and hotel flawless! Surgeon spoke very good English, knew what he was doing and listened to what I wanted. At the consultation (4 days before surgery) I requested things for my surgery and he remembered each request and asked me about them 1 hour before surgery. The nurses at the hospital didn’t speak much English but was very good and helpful throughout my 1 night stay at the hospital. Dr came and saw me before bed and also to discharge me from hospital. Hotel was fantastic and felt like a 5 star. Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard and food was good too. Transport from the airport was spot on and comfortable. Transport to appointments was good, sometimes a little late but traffic in Istanbul is awful so expected sometimes. But the drivers was friendly and showed us some good places to eat. Longevita rep was brilliant. I had Beran who was very helpful with questions, I could rely on to respond quick to my messages, very knowledgeable about different services they provide and spoke very good English. My surgery was great, medication the provide eased pain when needed and the results are 10/10!! I would highly recommend this company and would happily go out for treatment again.

I have had a very good experience with Longevita for my BA surgery with Dr. Fuat Yuksel. Transport and hotel All transfers organised and on time. Very friendly staff. Very long time in traffic during every transfer however this can't be helped just something to be mindful off. Hotel was very comfortable with breakfast provided. There was also access to the pool on the days before the surgery. Friendly and helpful staff. My interpreter was very friendly and responsive to any quires asked throughout my stay. She contacted me prior to me arriving to Turkey with the plan which was very reassuring and would always inform about the next steps during my stay. Hospital appointments Organised and spread out well. The hospital itself very clean and modern. Pre op appointment, very useful and insightful. However very quick so definitely good to come prepared! Surgery and post op The whole process was very quick, but good as helps with anticipation nerves. The nursing team are very supporting vith providing pain relief as needed on the day of the op while at the hospital. Dr. Fuat Yuksel, is very experienced and knowledgeable. He was calm and answered all my questions. I have had my post op check up on my 4th day prior to flying back to the UK. Now I have access to the aftercare online portal which provides information or allows me to connect with the team if I have any questions. Yet to see the final results after the healing, but very happy with the results so far! Overall I would definitely recommend Longevita and would return myself for other services in the future :) Thank you very much again!
