Wrong part sent. And I am too busy to do a return/refund. First time ordering from you, most likely the last. Thank you. So you replied to my review. You state in it this: "We have not received the courtesy of a call back." This is a flat lie. I did call and left a voice mail and no one called back. I was willing to resolve this but not after your reply and 100 % stand behind this review now. If you want to reach out again I am willing to talk. If you would like the exact time and date of my return call to you I will be glad to provide it since I saved it.

Gravest service and shipping was spot on

The shipping was fast, but the packer gave me an incorrect item. I emailed the situation to customer service and they quickly sent me the correct part. I asked for a pre-paid return shipping label so that I can return the incorrect item, but haven’t received it yet. Response time is very good, but accuracy needs improvement on packing orders.
