Always quick delivery (more often than not delivery is earlier than the estimated delivery date/time), accurate (updated) Track and Trace info, and a nice free pen every order.

We had our order cancelled by the vendor. When we reinstated the order the vendor refused to expedite the delivery to make up for the time lost. Not the image of a reliable seller and certainly not one who is ready to make things better when they have disappointed their customer. Some of the customer service agents should really brush up on their comms skills too although most folks are professional and nice.
