wonderful oil and quick shipment considering it's coming from Italy

I have been a long-time customer. The product is #1!! I have ordered many gifts and they are well received. Everyone seems to have their favorite. The olive oil is always fresh and delicious.

Beautiful authentic Italian oil

Horrifically bad experience. Order took so long to get we thought they went out of business. All of our attempts to contact them were ignored. Eventually had American Express reverse the charge in dispute. That's when we finally heard from them. Still engaged in an argument with them. Will never do business with them again. Recommend you don't either as you will likely get caught out having paid, while never receiving your merchandise, with them ultimately likely to enter bankruptcy. Negative 10 stars.

I never received my order. Still waiting. They checked and said they thought it was lost in transit and would send new order with tracking information. I am still waiting.
