Absolutely ruined my credit rating after always paying on time they stated I missed a payment when paid via bank transfer hopefully can get this resolved really frustrating won’t be using again

Got the money all good there. Once I've decided I can repay early I couldn't even login to the bloody thing. Changed password 3 times still won't let me. So it's definitely ripping me off by not allowing me to repay early and keep charging interest...

Got me to sign all the contract, put my card on the internet and my account number and sort code and 3 digits. Then right at the end said I was declined. Just tell customers that at the start. Don't know why I was declined. I've had one short term loan in 15 years, which I paid back two weeks early.

Ondal are actually really decent customer service is second to none and always resolve any issues iv had not like some that pass you from pillow to post and the interest rates are fair although would like it to be slightly lower but who wouldn't always helped me when needed deffo a good company who will go above and beyond to help you.
