Ondal are truly shocking and are not a professional lending company. I was a victim of fraud, as recognised by Virgin Money who supported me through registering with CIFAS, a fraud sharing database for professional lenders, as well as Action Fraud which is run by the police, to assist me in restoring my credit report. Ondal are the only lender of 9 involved that are not taking action and interestingly are not registered with CIFAS. As such, having said repeatdely that they will clear my credit report of the negative reference, they have failed to take any action. I will now have to take legal action against them. They staff their phone lines with sweet natured voices but behind the scenes do not care about people at all. I hope this highlights how thoughtless and unprofessional they are. Head for Virgin Money I say.
