I was really stressing out because I was struggling to find someone who would accept me for a loan. I earn a good wage and will have no problems paying the money back, but had an unexpected expense to pay for that I needed to borrow some money for. I applied at 11am and had a couple of emails asking me to upload my pay slip after already doing so. I called up around 1pm just to check they had received my pay slip and I spoke to a really helpful man who apologised for the delay and advised they had been really busy all morning. We ran through my expenditure again and he assured me I'd have a confirmed decision in the next 15 minutes. Very relieved to say that 10 minutes after getting off the phone the money was in my account!

I was helped when I needed it

So I'm not quite sure what's going on at ondal as I applied for my £200 loan on the morning of the 13th of October and after nearly 30 hours I'm still waiting for a yes or no answer. I will happily amend this review if needed based on any more information I receive but so far having spoke to 2 very polite people both telling the same thing that my wage slip is in a huge que waiting to be viewed by admin I fear now that closing hours on a Saturday (14th October) are 2pm so I won't hear anything today either which means if not it will be 8:30am on Monday the 16th of October. I've never known a loan company take so long to review a wage slip. I was approved at first which I have a screen shot of but I can't show but then I was asked to provide proof of income which I did by sending a wage slip and since then nothing Will phone again today for the 2nd time for an update but i fear I'll get the same answer .....to be continued So after 30 hours waiting for an answer I got declined even tho I was approved and I gave them all required information
