Within 5min, I got the money sent into my account , I was so happy and impressed cause I was refused by other parties

On the day of repayment. Got an email saying its declined despite funds being in my account. Try to make bank transfer to account that they list, but Natwest say it is an unverified profile and could be a scam. Cannot call them as they are closed. ''24/7'' customer service not available as their entire website is completely inaccessible due to ''server'' being down. Cannot log into account without there being an error. I think they make it impossible for you to even access the online portal. Honestly it couldnt be more difficult to make this damn payment if they tried, despite the fact I literally have the funds in the account.

It is easy and quick process, would be more beneficial if the lending amount range is increased.
