You buy the game on their website and they send you log in details to download the game from the PS store. Log in details sent kept getting logged out and I kept loosing the game Requested refund and now no longer getting any responses

Ordered bo6 ps5 and then after payment it said backorder

Could not use the game as passcode they sent wasn’t recognised. Explained this to them, deleted the info they sent and requested refund. Nearly a month later and no response to my emails or a refund. Avoid!

Did a purchase, contacted support straight away asking for a refund, after writing a 1 star review I get my refund, then get hounded to remove my review so this is genuine experience as I got a refund I have changed from 1 star to 3, so yes they did refund in the end Bravo

The email containing details for the game came through very fast and when I had an issue I sent an email to customer service and they came back quick with a helpful response which managed to solve the issue.
