Not sure about the product quality. "vitality magnesium citrate": doesn't dissolve in even half liter water, taste chalky and smells milky . I had different magnesium citrate before and they taste citric-acid- salty + they dissolve in a normal cup of water after 5 min or so. I had twice this product vitality and no effects whatsoever, but stomach ache yes. I think it might be magnesium glycinate instead of what declared, but not sure . won't recommend it anyway.
