I usually order 2 bottles of tablets and they arrive quick. This time I ordered 4. I noticed something odd on the tracking so emailed Vitamin express and got a response saying it was all normal and everything was ok. I then had an UPS delivery driver turn up 3 days later saying I had to pay a lot more money to get my products. I could not have them until I had. At no time was I informed about this extra charge. I emailed Vitamin express about this questioning why and why hadn't it been highlighted anywhere on my order or notified to me at the time I emailed before. I haven't had a reply. I have emailed several times and not had a response so now I have requested a full refund as I do not have the products and am out of pocket by a considerable amount.

När jag beställde probadent och fick en faktura senare med påminnelsen. Jag har inte fått någon räkning i samband med varan . jag har skickat via Mail,men ingen har svarat så jag avslutade helt. Jag har fått nog med påminnelser så nu har jag betalat alla tre med påminnelser. Det räcker för mig . Ingen seriös företag.
