Love this app! I don’t have the time to sit and read very often 😔 With A͟͟͟͞͞͞l͟͟͟͞͞͞l͟͟͟͞͞͞ Y͟͟͟͞͞͞o͟͟͟͞͞͞u͟͟͟͞͞͞ C͟͟͟͞͞͞a͟͟͟͞͞͞n͟͟͟͞͞͞ B͟͟͟͞͞͞o͟͟͟͞͞͞o͟͟͟͞͞͞k͟͟͟͞͞͞s͟͟͟͞͞͞ I can listen on my phone while I get ready for the day, and continue listening in my truck on the way to work, school, etc. 🫶🏻

I am hoping to save on reading books

I'm not on friendly terms with my computer...I did not have access to computers until late in life and tech "stuff" makes me very anxious, Your sign-up process was very simple and easy to follow.

I decided to cancel my free trail the fifth day. I could not find a phone number or a link to cancel. I sent an email for cancellation before the seventh day. It was not cancelled, and they are taking money out of my account. I am going to fill fraud with my bank to get funds back. I will be sure I warn people about this scam. Do not sign up they are nothing but a BE AWARE SCAM SCAM SCAM

It was easy to sign up and I like the variety of books.

Being able to apply and I love to read

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer support of this company. Despite searching extensively on their website, I could not find any information on how to cancel my subscription. It was only after going through their lengthy Terms and Conditions that I finally found a link to cancel. When I reached out to customer service for assistance in canceling, I received no help at all. They simply directed me back to the website, which was not helpful, and still charged me for the subscription. When I requested a refund, they denied it and gave me various excuses. It's clear that this company does not prioritize transparency in their cancellation process or customer satisfaction.

It's very easy to understand and to fill out. The test payment went as soon as I hit submit and less than a second later it was cancelled as per the trial. Very nice and quick.
