Ordering bouncy castle was straightforward. Great selection to choose from. Bouncy castle arrived on time and was put up by friendly staff. It was cleaned and sprayed. Very happy with the castle we chose, my children absolutely had a great time. Would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Outstanding service. We decided to hire a bouncy castle last minute for our little boy's 3rd birthday. Cream Castles were more than accommodating and arrived early at 7:30am! We had the Superhero bouncy castle for the full day so well worth the money. Assembling was quick and easy by 2 employees who adhered to social distancing. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Could not fault the company. Good communication throughout the booking process and with drop off. I paid for overnight hire on a bouncy castle in November. I found Cream Castles to be one of the very few companies that provide outside hire after October due to bad weather. They set it up quickly. Overall friendly staff and reasonable prices. I will book with them again in the future.

Hired 27th July 2019. I cant praise these guys enough, really really helpful. I rang and asked advice about a few things always got straight back to you and as I said couldn't do enough for you. Came when they said they would equipment all top standard. The price was very good also, I had looked round at lot. You really wont go wrong with these guys we will not be looking anywhere else in future. You really can book with confidence.
