Awful company
Just moved into a new house where huddle was the previous provider of energy electricity and water. Signed up all ok, just received two bills on my bank account of £50 and £100. No email or reference/receipt, tried phoning with long delays, after getting through finally to hear from an employee that “it’s the correct amount”, no clarity or understanding why I’ve been charged £150. Poor company that takes advantage of unaware and already stressed students.

I liked that I could send a monthly fee and then even got some back at the end. Huddle was helpful when explaining how the graphs worked. Overall, I had a very good experience with Huddle.

Initial Thoughts
I have not yet experienced the utilities provided by Huddle, however I found the signing up process very easy and the costs to be suitable for a student’s price range.
