I recently purchase RAM for my new PC from Gracile IT and i couldn't be happier with my purchase. The website was easy to use and the team delivered all the products in just a few days. The packaging was also satisfactory and the producta arrived without any damage. The RAM was exactly as it was displayed on their website. We purchased a printhead for an older printer from them and that part of the process was great and the printhead came and was exactly what we needed. The incessant calling for a review to be posted is why this company does not have a 5 star rating from me. Multiple calls over a two business day period of time. I am busy while I am at work so Friday afternoon and Monday is not the time to be repeat calling me just for a review to be posted.

Was a good product but took to long to arrive and after multiple times of contacting the company I kept being told they would call me back and or send me tracking info. Finally after my 3rd time calling I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Max Hunter, who followed up completely with me and as for him personally I would give him a raving 5 star review. If you had more people like Max this would be a great review but because of previous people I dealt with I have to go with a 3 star review but will purchase from this company again but will be requesting Max to help me with everything I order in the future. Thank you Max!!!

We have purchased several used Cisco switches and modules from GracileIT for replacements and all the parts have worked flawlessly. If I need a used Cisco part, I have always found it on GracileIT.

I should have followed my gut and avoided this organization. I ordered some parts via their website and paid via Credit Card. I received no email receipt or acknowledgement of the order. I called them and sent email to ask about the order. I was told twice that the order was fine. Soon after I was told that the order was delayed as it was coming from a "different" warehouse. Today after more than a week I called and was informed that they were trying to get ahold of me, blah blah blah but the order was cancelled and refunded. I received zero notifications about any of this. The order was cancelled because they never had the parts, but they have charged me but insist that they haven't. I now am forced to open a case with my CC company for a refund. As far as I'm concerned this is not a legitimate company. They are faking orders and charging people dishonestly and illegally. Not for nothing, you can call them on the phone but you will understand little that they are saying.

Max, provided excellent customer service! We needed a Cisco 6800 line card ASAP to get address a down situation. They took my call and shipped at 5 pm on Friday for Saturday delivery! They understood the issue and responded!

We needed a specific revision of a board, not just the matching model number, and they went to the warehouse floor and took a pic of the circuit board so I was sure it was going to match! Thanks!
